Pokusavam se, nekad vise, a nekad manje uspjesno drzati nacela prehrane LCHF-a. Pod rubrikom Food se mogu naci svi recepti, oni koji su LCHF cu u naslovu oznaciti kao takve.

Ovo mini jelo se pokazalo kao odlicna zamjena za napraviti sendvic umjesto s kruhom, za uzeti na izlete, po putu ili uz razne domace namaze ponuditi gostima namjernicima za malo pod zub.

Recept je ovaj koji sam ja malo adaptirala.

750 gr naribanih tikvica
250 gr feta sira – u mojoj varijanti ide neki ljuti sir, moze chili, a ako ne ljuti onda malo aromaticniji recimo cheddar
Zacina dodajem po zelji nekad suseno zacinsko bilje, nekad tabasco, vec prema inspiraciji.
120 – 150 gr brasna – taj dio zamijenim bademovim brasnom i to je dosta 100 grama, ukoliko cete smjesu peci u tavi, moze i bez brasna
3 umucena jaja
5-6 komada mladog luka

Uz ovo odlicno ide domaca majoneza, tartar umak ili obican jogurt. Jedino je bitno da naribane tikvice odstoje i puste suvisnu vodu.
